To order,
1) Choose any item(s) you want by browsing our collection2) Note the item number / name, colour/design, size (if applicable) you want to order.
3) Fill up our order form below
4) Please follow the instructions given below each blank in the order forms, or else the form will be considered void and you'll be required to send in again.
5) Forms submitted will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent within 3 working days.
6) Make your payments according to the instructions here, and just wait for your items to arrive! :)
Important note:
1) Please only make a purchase after you have read through the "Terms and Conditions" and feel comfortable with it.2) Make sure you confirm what items you want and their corresponding sizes / colours / designs (if applicable) before you submit your orders.
3) Orders can be changed and cancelled but only BEFORE payment.
4) For orders to be changed, please send your particulars and your altered orders according to the form to our email (meteordreamz@hotmail.com) and name the subject as "Changed order".
5) Orders cannot be cancelled once you have paid, which means there will not be any refunds given even if you decide you don't want the items.
6) We will notify you asap if the items you want are OOS, then you can either cancel or change your orders. Refunds are approved in such situations but only via iBanking / ATM transfer.
For sprees, please state which spree you're buying from (YK/CCF). Write that down, then start typing in the items you want. Thanks!
