TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) No dead buyersIf you choose to go MIA after sending in your order, we will blacklist you and will never entertain you anymore. Exception if you went overseas / whatever, but please notify us.
2) No refunds or exchanges, unless the item you want has defects or is not the one you chose.
If so, please return within 7 days or contact us about the exchange(s).
3) Please only buy if you can accept slight disparity in the products with the pictures
Due to lighting or environment, colours of the products may be slightly different. If you find it unable to accept, then don't purchase it, for we will not be entertaining any refunds or returns based on that.
4) All prices are stated in SGD, so please make your payments in SGD.
5) Mailing rates are flat rates (no matter the weight) but is counted per piece.
For registered postage, there will be additional $2.30 flat other than the normal postage rates.
(eg. Tina buys 3 items from our shop. Registered postage costs = $1.50 x 3 + $2.30 = $6.80)
6) Please allow waiting time to be around 2-3 weeks for most items unless otherwise stated (except for instocks) and once it reaches us, it will take around 2-3 more days to send it to you. Time to reach you depends on Singpost efficiency.
7) Please only make payments after receiving the confirmation email as we will calculate the total cost to pay for you. Those who fail to follow this and make wrong/ excess payments will not be compensated.
8) All prices are inclusive of shipping fees and other fees (except postage/delivery fees), so you can spend without worries of incurring extra charges!
9) For sprees, orders will be sent in every end of the month regardless of cappings! Cappings will be filled up by orders that will become instocks!
10) For preorders or any item that require cappings, orders will only be sent in when cappings are reached!
PAYMENT METHODS
1) Bank Transfer (ATM)
This can be done by going to any branch counter to transfer in exact, ATM transfers can only be in big notes ($10, $50), so only do transfers using ATM machines when amount is exact or when you don't mind not getting change.
After transferring, please obtain a receipt for the transaction and send a snapshot / scanned copy so we can verify your payment.
Note:
- Please send clear and visible images and not blurry ones.
- Please make your payment within 2 days after receiving the confirmation email, if not orders will be cancelled.
2) iBanking (most preferred - convenient and saves trouble)
This can be done by logging into your iBanking account and transfer the exact amount of money to my account.
Note:
- After payment, please send us your iBanking nick and transaction reference number for verification purposes.
- Please make your payment within 2 days after receiving the confirmation email, if not orders will be cancelled.

MODES OF COLLECTION
1) Normal Postage (FREE)
This mode of delivery means we put your items into envelopes and they go into the big white post boxes and the postman will collect it everyday and the item(s) will reach you the next working day. Not recommended as mail may get lost and we will bear no responsibility for any lost mail through normal postage.
2) Registered Postage (add. $2.30 to the total bill)
This mode of delivery means we hand your items to be mailed to the post office and the postman will deliver to your doorstep. In the case where nobody is there to collect, there will be a delivery advice slipped underneath the door. You can collect the item from the designated post office, redirect it to another post office at your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. If you are collecting the item from the post office, you need to bring along your NRIC and the delivery advice.
This method is highly recommended as registered article service offers proof of delivery, doorstep delivery and limited tracking features.
3) Meetup
This mode of collection is subject to availability (must accomodate to my timing) so it is safer and faster to opt for registered postage.
